Jamaica Difference!
Mrs Freer and Mrs Nicholson have both been to Jamaica with students and teachers of King James Academy. They spent two weeks visiting and working in schools and childrens clubs learning about the life of the Jamaican children and staff.
The whole school were able to speak with Mrs Freer and Mrs Nicholson using SKYPE on the last day before the Easter holidays which was an amazing experience.
Mrs Freer and Mrs Nicholson took over a cheque for £400, the money raised in school for the children of Jamaica from the Ballon Release and other events.
Take a look at the ballons as they race skywards - the winner of the balloon race will be announced shortly.
